Today, I challenge you to one full week of mantra meditation!
Why?
Because, a new year is on the way, and manta meditation is an excellent way to focus your attention on your meditation, intentions, and the desires you wish to manifest.
I find that mantra meditation motivates me to be more conscious and aware of my intentions and desires, and has hugely helped me manifest my deepest desires.
